- Newbury currently manages more than 50 apartment complexes through Iowa and one in Southern Minnesota. Many of the properties are conventional rentals, available for rent to anyone who qualifies. Others have income and/or age restrictions, based on how the property is financed and if rental assistance is available.
Newbury Management is well-versed in all aspects of property management, and currently manages multiple properties on a third-party basis. Our portfolio is quite diverse, including commercial property, luxury rentals, and affordable housing. A large portion of our firm's business and expertise lies in managing, refinancing, renovating and repositioning affordable housing complexes. We currently operate properties under various programs, including Section 42 ("Tax Credit"), USDA Rural Development Section 515, HUD and Section 8. These properties require us to be proficient at performing compliance services, which we perform not only for ourselves, but on the behalf of other owners as well.
